Milford Diner in Milford

My husband and I stopped here and ate breakfast this morning on the way to Lewes, DE. My chocolate chip pancakes and veggie omelette were amazing. My husband enjoyed his pancakes and scrapple as well. Great service too. Convenient location right off the highway.

The Milford Diner is like home. Everyone is welcoming. The service is great! & the food excellent! We met the owners from eating at the diner. They are AWESOME!

It was my bf and i first time attending today. Breakfast was sooooooo yummy. I cany belive i didn't drop in earlier to try it. Staff very friendly. Waiter was great! I didnt get his name but he refilled drinks with out asking . I really liked the service. We will return here for sure!

I have always liked the diner and the new owners are trying very hard. The BAKER is AMAZING! The breakfast foods are good. But the evening meal is not quite up to par yet. The atmosphere is still the Diner of which is nice and the staff is always friendly!!

Great food, awesome service..

We generally like it here. The food is good, reasonable price it's a nice clean local place, and we like to support our local small business. But they really need to step up their game with the service. It is always fair at best. 15 minutes to get a first cup of coffee at breakfast doesn't work for us. It wasn't that busy, and it's been awful service three times now. Food was cold three times now. We will be taking a break. Come on guys, get the service right. We want you to do well there, but there are other options

Very pleased. Went in for our first time since the reopening. Very clean and updated. Food was good and served in no time. We went for breakfast and loved it. Will be going back.

We go here every Sunday after Mass...it is so amazing! Never too long a wait and our server is always the same it seems and she is wonderful, kind and efficient! The food is top notch. Only once did we have a problem with a piece of chicken and she just took it off our check!! Super kind!! Highly recommended...coming from a Jersey girl who knows her diners!!!

The staff was great. They were friendly, courteous, very quick to wait on us. The place was very clean and the food was very good.

Got to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I was driving back to NY from VA , starving... the soup was great, the chicken Turkey pot pie was yummy and the ice cream was good too. Did I mention the coffee was up to par as well? One of my best diner experiences.

New owners( roughly a year ago) really took pride in re opening the diner. They are always there greeting customers, cooking, cashiering, and whatever else its takes to succeed. Breakfast food is great and priced lower than anywhere else in Milford. Dont go there much for dinner but, what I had was very good. Have not been disappointed yet.

New owners have brought the famous Milford Diner back. Good food and service and very clean.

The food was very good, the waitress, Sierra, was excellent and very sweet, prices were good and the food plentiful. We used to go there back in the 70's after dances. The new owners are on to something. We will go back

Me and two buddies went there for breakfast. Nice breakfast stop.I ordered a vegetable omelette pancakes and turkey sausage and home fries everything came out great. The pancakes were light and fluffy. neat and clean place.

We had Thanksgiving dinner in June and it was yummy 😊

This is a very good place. The food was great. Food was served in 5 to 7 minutes. I never got my food that fast,n the food nice n hot. The atmosphere n people was nice n the waitress n bus man was very nice. I will be back. My first time there. N it was a great place to eat

Redecorated, which is nice, but they said they lost their Baker. Menu is not what it was before they redecorated. No bagels, lox or cream cheese. The scrapple is much too thick, (they must've lost their cook too). It's OK, but I only go there when I'm in the area, I wouldn't choose to make a special trip just to go there. If it returns to its "glory days", then it'll get 5 stars.

Americana diner good at its best, never go away hungry

Atmosphere could use work but food is covered. you cant always knock a place for looking a bit outdated.

The food was good, but the guy at the register was absolutely rude to the older woman who was helping me ring out my take out order. He then got mad at me and told me to just take my food and go, after I told him I didn't mind waiting for the whole register issue to be fixed. That woman didn't deserve to be talked to like that in front of customers over some pancakes. First and last time visiting.

Very good food and great staff

We stopped here on our way home from Ocean City Md. Kevin our server was wonderful! Very attentive and friendly...the food was delicious and there was quite of bit food for the price. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.

My husband and I moved to Milford last year. We absolutely love this place, the food is always delicious and the service is always fast and very friendly. We cannot wait for Covid 19 to die down, the Milford Diner will be the first place we go to.

Great service! Nice building, bright and clean. Food was very good and cooked to perfection. We had a very enjoyable time.

It's very family oriented. Owners are very active in the day to day service. Could use a really good cleaning but other then that it's nice.

Fairly new... first time... waffle and fruit was about average...prices too! Service was well above average. Check-backs, drink refills timely and with a smile.

Food was subpar, service was horrible plus we had a service charge! We are good tippers but not with that charge! Won't be going back.

What a lovely diner ! My father just moved to Delaware and we popped in here for a quick lunch. Honestly best chicken sandwich I’ve had in all my life !!! It was a simple fried chicken, cheddar, bacon and lettuce sandwich on a ciabatta roll. AMAZING!!!! My father got a chicken cheese steak sandwich. The French fries were simple but delicious. The waitress we had was so friendly, attentive and quick!! Smiling faces make a difference in a restaurant and this place knocked it out of the park !! Thank you for wonderful service & an amazing lunch ! YUM !!!!

I love this place! They have the best homemade food anywhere! I highly recommend going here! the staff is very friendly and you get very good service along with the great food!!!

Pancakes and sausage were done to standard. Service was good. Good coffee. Checkout young man needed calculator to make change.

Good place to eat on the run early in the am. Quick service and the best pancakes around. The staff never lets your drink run low and prices are fair.

The food here is DELICIOUS 😋 I had the Patty Melt and it was the best patty melt I’ve had in a long time. Very nice inside. Staff is FANTASTIC and very friendly. I will definitely be returning here to dine. Thanks for a great experience 🤗🤗

It is much larger inside than we thought it would be. Delicious breakfast & great service!! Highly recommend you stop on your way to or from the beach!! I know this will now be a regular stop for us!!

Driving through Milford, on the way north. I'm a Delawarean. What shall we eat? I dunno. Milford Diner? Newly refurbished???............. Ok. Very surprised. Food looked great, tasted great, and the server was fantastic!! If I travel up north, guess what? Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner will be here!!

Decent diner food. New owners have improved it. Hamburger was nice and fresh.

Me and my family go here for lunch every weekend and it is very good, the only complaint I have is the fact that one of the workers is very aggressive to a server yelling at her and calling her slow, and just mean things in general which no-one deserves that. But anyways good place to eat.
